Mr. Manuel Nuñez, CLAPEA representative in New York, is the Chairman of the Carlos A. Martínez Alcoholism and Drug Addiction Prevention Committee, and is also the Director of the Prevention Magazine in New York City. Both entities are dedicated to helping victims of addiction disease and their families.
